Ive had this app for a long time now and i use it for everything! Whether its edits or selfies Im always using it but lately whenever Im trying to download a filter it wont work and i know many people have this problem, so if you can fix this that would be great!

I love this app and I use it to filter all of my photos but for the past few weeks it hasnt been working. The photos wont load and I cant download the filters. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app many times and it still isnt working

ive been having trouble recently with downloading filters, the pictures dont load then it tells me to try downloading later but i waited a while, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone but nothing changed. itd be great if you can fix it ❤️

usually id give the app 5 stars but recently it keeps crashing soon as you open it. This needs to be fixed!

I love this app so much I use it all the time but lately its been really glitchy. I think many other people have the same problem that I do where every time you go to download a filter it keeps saying that it wont work and to wait a moment and Ive been trying to download filters for 5 days now. Also when I was trying to filter a picture that wasnt square, the app kept compressing my rectangle shaped picture into a square so it was all distorted and even when I quit the app and restarted my phone it did the same thing. Please fix the glitches bc this app is very useful and usually reliable.

Okay so Ive been trying to download new filters but its unable to download any. I dont know why but please! Im begging please do something about it soon!

I love this app and have been using it for almost 2 years but now I cant download any filters. The filters wont load either. Only ones loading are the art ones and its about 5 choices. Havent even been able to make my own. Please fix this problem.

This is my favorite app ever and I use it a lot, but one day when I opened it I couldnt download a filter cause it wouldnt load and its been doing this for weeks. I close out of the app and Ive even tried redownloading it. Its useless now

so magic hour was my go to source for filters, now it wont even let me see the filters or download them. it says that its not available and to try again later but the same result happens. Ive tried shutting my device down, deleting it then installing it, trying again, noting works. please do an update or fix this problem. its becoming annoying ://
