there are lots of amazing filters on this app, but i am unable to download or use any in the filter market.

I love this app so much but the problem with it is nothing is loading. Like Im trying to go to the filter market but nothing is loading and when i try to download a filter it says to try again. Please fix this?

I love this app, Ive been using it for nearly 3 years and its been amazing! But Im always getting new filters for my photos and lately the filter store will not load new filters, and it wont let me download the filter until the pictures are loaded. Many other people have had this problem and I really need new filters. This is my favorite filter app. Please fix! When the bug is fixed I will give 5 stars again.

Okay Im an editor and Im obsessed with this app for really quick filters, but I cant seem to download any. The picture wont load (preview) and whenever I try to download it it says "cant download" Ive tried restarting, Ive tried deleting and re-downloading, nothing seems to work! please fix

So, I take selfies on snapchat on my iPhone 5s and I cant load the whole picture into Magic Hour, I have to crop it, and I dont want to crop it. It doesnt have an option to leave it as it is. I cant zoom out either.

Ive used this app for nearly a year but i tried looking at filters and the images wouldnt load i tried deleting the app and it still didnt work please do and update to fix this issue but still a great app

so im having the same exact problem as everyone else and i cannot download new filters when i search them. this is like my favorite filter app, and if this doesnt get fixed Im going to scream. Ive tried downloading it and deleting it, restarting my phone, using wifi or using data but nothing is seeming to work. fix. now. pls.

i used to love this app. it had so many filter options that i could use. it rain smoothly, until a couple of weeks ago. i paid money for the full version of this app and now its not working? i would really appreciate if the company got it back and running again. i really loved it until now.
